athletic based workout that strengthens, tones and

beginners right through experienced exercisers.

martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio
fitness to the next level while defining and shaping
your body and self-confidence! Energetic music, awesome
instructors and a group environment will keep you
punching, kicking, and smiling. Group Kick will knock
you out!
- Pedal in groups, roll
over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin
your way to burning calories and strengthening your
lower body. This cycling program is geared for anyone
that can ride a bike. Everyone finishes first!

groove. You’ll stomp, flick, wiggle, hip, hop, snap,
shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile, and laugh your way
through this fitness dance program. Experience a fusion
of club, urban, and latin dance styles with motivating

step in many positions and heights, this compelling
60-minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the

and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of

CONDITIONING
– A strength and cardio interval class designed to get
you in shape, using weights, bikes, balls, agility
drills, and much more.
EASY TONING
– Train the entire body for function and form. Create
long, lean, strong muscles using hand weights and learn
how to increase range of motion, loosen tight, congested
tissues and make permanent gains in flexibility with the
resistance of power bands. All fitness levels can
benefit from this class.
