Kids Club Policies and Rules

Hours: (subject to change without notice)

• Monday - Thursday: 8:45am – 1:00pm, 4:30pm – 7:30pm

• Friday: 8:45am – 11:00am

What does it cost?
$1.50 per hour per child, or you may purchase a Kids Club Punch Card with 20 hours for $25.00. There is a two-hour maximum time limit for all children. Parents with children must immediately check in with the Kids Club upon entering the club. Rates may change without notice.

Who can come?
Children ages 3 months and up are allowed in the Kids Club. Parents may bring their own children or those that have legal guardianship. Parents must be on the premises at all times. Diapers must be worn, if your child is not fully potty trained and will be changed by the parents only.

What should I bring?
For infants and toddlers you may wish to bring diapers, wipes, a change of clothes and bottles or sealed sipper cups. Your children’s personal items should all be clearly labeled. All drinks must be covered and spill proof. NO FOOD IS PERMITTED IN THE KIDS CLUB AREA.

What about Security?
Women’s Fitness Company will provide a babysitter during posted hours only. Children must remain in the Kids Club until retrieved by a parent. CHILDREN MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME IN ANY PART OF THE FACILITY. Women’s Fitness Company is not responsible for children left in the Kids Club unattended.

What if my child is ill?
For the safety and well being of every child, we ask that you do not bring your child if he/she is ill. We reserve the right to not admit your child.

Violations of rules and policies:
Any violations of these rules and policies may result in the permanent removal of the child from the Kids Club. If a child must be removed for not following the rules or for disciplinary reasons, this in no way affects the membership or guest agreement of the parent.
